The Office for International Students and Scholars (OISS) administers the International Sponsored Student Program (ISSP). The ISSP serves as a central liaison between the student, sponsor, and University offices for students who have already secured sponsorship for their studies at MSU.
A sponsored student is defined as a student who receives a financial scholarship from a government, an organization or a company.
